Halloween has arrived again. Halloween is a popular festival in the west. In some countries making a jack-o-lantern is an important part of the festival.
This year we decided to give our students a taste of the Halloween tradition by allowing them to make carve some pumpkins of their own.
We bought some knives, candles, and pumpkins and had the students make jack-o-lanterns under the guidance of our IEP teacher, Steve. Students were split up into groups and each group created their own unique jack-o-lanterns.
The students were quite excited and they really enjoyed the activity.
