The inlingua School of Languages Singapore jointly organised a virtual speech contest (the "inlingua iSpeak Virtual Speech Contest") with C Win in April 2021.
9 students from the Wuwei No.1 High School International Department participated in the Contest.
The Speech Contest not only helped improve the English competencies of the students, but also helped the students gain exposure to such events and competitions at the international level, and broaden the students’ horizons.
On 14th May 2021, an award ceremony was held, and the winners and participants were awarded with Certificates and cash prizes.
5月14日，由新加坡华盛教育中心与新加坡英林阁语言学校（Inlingua School of Languages）共同举办的Inlingua iSpeak Virtual Speech Contest《英林阁iSpeak演讲比赛》结果揭晓，此次演讲比赛面向无为一中国际部高一年级，参赛选手共9人，获得奖金和证书的同学有冠军赵晨，马磊、王艺分别并列季军，其他同学也分别获得证书。新加坡华盛教育中心外教Grace为所有同学进行了颁奖。
此次英语演讲比赛不仅进一步提升了国际班学生的英语水平，而且也提高了学生英语学习兴趣，让学生快乐地学习英语，加强对英语的实际应用，为以后的学习打下了坚实的基础。
