Mr. Elvis Kolle, an English teacher from Cameroon, was warmly welcomed by our IEP students at the Hefei University of Technology Affiliated High School, and stayed with us from the 27th to 30th September 2009 as a guest teacher.
Elvis has teaching experiences in China for quite some time, and could relate to the learning problems that the Chinese students were facing. He interacted with the IEP students during lessons, and also outside class during the English corner activity time slots, teaching them about the different cultures, English songs, and English Language learning strategies.
Looking tall and handsome, the towering teacher was an instant celebrity among the students during this short period. Some of the students had also looked forward to seeing Elvis again!
