The Year 1 IEP English Corner @ Lu'An No. 1 High School will be held every Monday to Thursday during morning break time at 9:35 to 9:55. The foreign teacher has given each group a topic at the beginning of this semester, 20 minutess for them to share the ideas with each other and the foreign teacher.
The Year 2 IEP English corner will be held every other week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9:35-9:55.
One of our former students (Ariel Liu Xiaoke from batch 2010-2013) who was going to study in Australia has come back to LA and joined in the speaking activity. She introduced herself and gave encouraging words to the students. She was planning to pursue a double degree in Commerce and International Relations at the National University of Australia.
Through every semester’s English Corner, students not only get to know more about the foreign teachers but their own classmates. It’s a good chance for them to practice and improve their English and learn more culture about other countries.
