On the morning of November 23, Lu’An TV station and newspaper were doing the shooting of a promotional film in the centre of Lu'An City.
Lu 'An No.1 High School IEP foreign teachers Jean Labrador and Bob Powell were invited to participate in the filming and actively assisted in the completion of the promotional film.
