IEP Work Calendar for Semester 1 (Sep 2021 to Feb 2022)

1. Changes, additions and non-routine work

Please note that this Calendar is only a guide, and the host school may make changes to its schedule as and when necessary. The school may or may not give us adequate notice in advance, and C Win teachers at each location should communicate frequently with the respective departments or teachers to check if there are any changes.

2. Operation Checks

The Operations Manager will conduct Operations Checks during the semester, at each location, at unspecified times. Please refer to the <Operations Checklists>, and do the necessary.

3. Academic Inspections and Meetings

The Academic Manager will conduct Classroom Observations and academic meetings during the semester, at each location, at unspecified times.

4. Company Event (During Sem 1 or 2)

As a corporate practice (as C Win’s personnel are in different locations), we may arrange for a company event to take place during one of the weekends / holidays (actual date to be confirmed), to strengthen our team identity, synchronise work arrangements, share ideas, upgrade our skills, and to refresh ourselves.

This company event is usually held over 2 days (1 night), consisting but not limited to any combinations of the following activities:

a. Staff meeting (on work matters)

b. In-house training (2 - 3 hours per session, by 1-2 Foreign Teachers, on selected topics)

c. Outing for team-building and get-together

* Note:

- All staff must be present;

- The activities may or may not be held at one of our IEP locations; and all transport and accommodation expenses incurred will be paid for by the company. The Operations Manager will arrange for the premises, accommodations, and transport.
