Founded in 1999 by Mr Tan Cheng Leng and Ms Yap Chik Ping, C Win Learning Centre is MOE registered, and was initially focused on providing intensive Chinese programmes for primary, secondary and adult learners. In line with our vision to promote educational and cultural exchanges between Singapore, China and other countries, we have formally set up 3 dedicated departments (the English Language Department, Chinese Language Department and the Professional Services Department) to offer a variety of programmes and services to our partners and the public. We have also inherited the operations and projects and integrated the former Dennis Austin Education Centre into our English Department.
In 2004, C Win expanded its activities to offer educational programmes in China. To further facilitate C Win¨s China activities Anhui C Win Education Consultation was established in Anhui in 2006, with its headquarters being based in Hefei.
To ensure that CWin meets its quality objectives, we have formed partnerships with various international educational institutions, and have established the Academic and Corporate Advisory committee to oversee and guide us in our operations. For our programmes, we use only professionally qualified lecturers and personnel to deliver and manage the courses.

Our mission is to develop a more meaningful and creative teaching environment to promote students learning. Through the use of the latest learning techniques, to develop more confident and independent learners, helping students develop the skills needed to meet the needs of the global market place.
